**We suggest that clients only choose one main entree per event. As most of our food products are bought in bulk, our Chef and staff cannot purchase such small increments for one singular dish variation. If a client would like a combination of entrees, a charge for each entree (per guest) will be added to estimated total.**

Pork Tenderloin – roasted tenderloin, whipped potatoes, red wine jus
Seared T-Bone – sous vide, portobello parmesan risotto, garlic lemon broccolini, demi glace
Lowcountry Boil – Local shrimp, smoked sausage, silver queen corn, red bliss potatoes, cocktail, Cajun garlic butter. Optional additions of fresh blue crab or snow crab legs are available upon request.
BBQ Buffet – Pulled pork, BBQ chicken quarters, hash, rice, mac n cheese, baked beans, coleslaw, collard greens, sauce assortment.
Sunday Supper – Protein options include fried chicken, country fried steak, meatloaf, pot roast, fried turkey or baked ham. Sides include but are not limited to mashed potatoes & gravy, mac n cheese, collards, green beans, lima beans, braised cabbage, red rice, white rice, coleslaw, potato salad, pasta salad, and dinner rolls.
Oyster Roasts/Chili Bar SEP – MAR – Local clusters or selects. Outdoor chili bar available upon request. Chili, cheese, sour cream, chive, onion, corn chips, crushed pork rinds, corn bread.
Fish Fry – Local assortment of fried seafood options including but not limited to fresh fish, shrimp, oysters, scallops, clams, calamari, and deviled crab. Side options will include French fries, hushpuppies, coleslaw, and onion rings.
Taco/Nacho Bar – Protein Options will include but are not limited to seasoned ground beef, carnitas, short rib, sliced sirloin, chicken, fish, shrimp, scallops or oysters. Toppings will include, tortilla chips, flour tortilla, corn tortilla, shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, jalapeno, corn salsa, salsa, pickled red onion, Mexican cheese blend, queso, Cotija, sour cream, hot sauces etc.
Gameday Buffet – Options will include but are not limited to BBQ sliders, burger sliders, buffalo chicken sliders, chicken parm sliders, tacos, chips w/ salsa & guac, loaded nachos, fried chicken wings, fried chicken tenders, French fries, loaded potato skins, hot dogs, brats, deviled eggs, chili, kebabs, stuffed peppers etc.
